FXR and FXR pro

whats the difference between these two esc's
i cant seem to find any differences in the specs

The pro has more power handling as it uses double the mosfet's.

so is it worth $25 difference in price? i need 2 so that would be $50

That will depend on the motors you use. I'm using two Tekin FX-Rs with two Tekin 55T motors on 3S lipo with a CC BEC. No problems.

Now if I wanted to use a 10T modified motor it may cause a problem. The Pro is made for low wind motors. However, both the FX-R and the Pro on 3S are recommended to use 35T and higher winds. On 2s the FX-R has a 13T limit whereas the Pro has no motor limit.

Nope, you can run 3s on the regular FXR.
