| Waterproofing wires, batteries + switches
Do I have to waterproof the following?: -The battery the truck runs on-(7.2v) -battery connector -Motor connectors -on/off switch -led headlights/tail lights If so, how do I waterproof them? (I know you guys probably get these questuions alot and its probably annoying, but I really appreciate the help from y'all) |

As for battery connections, i use electrial tape. Its cheap and i normally can use it 3 or 4 times before i need more. Im guessing it would work for your other needs too?

I don't think any of those need to be waterproof as I don't think that water will harm them. Shoe goo is good stuff.

I used plasti-dip on my batteries, shoe-goo for lights, di-electric grease for battery and servo connectors, eliminated my on-off switch(when the battery is plugged in it is on), don't worry about the motor.
