go to there website and call there repair number with your order number and find out, i got an email from them after bout 10 days from the time i sent one to them....they will get your product back to you.........bob .... |

dont worry. you will get your part back soon. it says on there website there's about a 3 week turn around. I sent my esc in for repair. I waited 3 weeks and sent them an email to find out the status of repair. then the UPS guy showed up 2 hrs later."thumbsup" |
