Default LiFe's and Scalers

Just wondering, Does anybody run a life pack in their scaler and what all have you done to make it water friendly?

I'm not sure if people do, the voltage is a bit lower than LiPO which might make them unappealing since most scalers like lots of wheelspeed.

As for the waterproof part I'm not sure, I've dunked a few LiPOs and they haven't died on me yet (but I don't recommend doing so without waterproofing them!)

I'm likely going to be getting a good price on some Turnigy 3s 8400 or 8600 LiFe packs and plan on running them in my home brew SCX10 XJ with a XL5 esc, Trinity Monster Max 21t 550 (geared 90/12...yes it all fits!), and it is currently being run with a crappy Trinity 4600mAh 7 cell that won't hold a charge for more than a day, so I'll be seeing a wheel speed improvement on just that alone!

What all did you do to waterproof the LiPo's though?
