It is possible to remove the ventilator of esc without problems, is not bad to walk without

you mean to remove the fan of esc and run without it ??

Yes, you can. How many motors are you running and what kind (brushed or brushless, how many turns?)

If you remove the fan, check the ESC temperature to make sure it isn't getting too hot.
