| motor question
since no one seems to have the 55t motors in stock, will i be disappointed if i go with a 45t motor? is there that big of a difference between the two? it's going in a scalish tlt based bronco...not fully scale, but not a hardcore comp rig either....

| Have you checked the vendors section here on RCC? There might be one or two of them that have the 55's in stock, or will be getting them soon. One to look for is 'Freetime', he can help you... |

I really don't think you'll be disappointed in the 45T but have just a hair less torque and a little more wheel speed than the 55T. Given the choice I personally would take the 45T over the 65T. Guess I like a little wheel speed with my torque. |

Yeah, like he said, check the vendors section. Plenty of 55t lathes available. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30808 Last edited by freetimecrawler; 05-17-2006 at 08:32 AM. | |

Check out Freetimecrawler. After waiting on Tower for three weeks, he got my 55t's to me in three days.
