Futaba 4pl slider switch detent help

I bought a used 4pl on eBay for a friend and he was using the slider switch for his winch with a heyOk controller. The problem is the slider has no detent to speak of. It is hard to re center it. Is this a common problem and is there a fix?

The slider switch is kind of a pain for that function. I use one of the DT switches by your thumb. Set it to 3Pos mode (I believe by putting the value at 100) and then you have easy access to the switch while using the winch and some steering and throttle while overcoming an obstacle.
