Default velineon 3500 brushless

Can i use a Velineon 3500 brushless motor in a axial SCX10? And, is it waterproof?

Yea if you have a brushless esc and they say it is soo I take it it is

you'll need to beef up your drivetrain. I've been running a vxl motor/esc in my 2 speed scaler on 3s for 6 months now, it's held up well against TTC's, rocks, water, mud, hill climbs, speed runs and hard bashing.... I've had to upgrade everything else because everything else has faild from the set up.
