Default 1/4 scale vs 1/10 scale servos

Im currently getting a project layed out that will be similar to the traxxas summit. Not a dedicated crawler But something that can hit the rocks. Anyways Its going to have 7" tires. I will have room for one 1/4 scale or dual 1/10 servos. Which is going to be more durable? Ive heard setting up dual servos can be a pain and I would think since the 1/4 scale servos are so large they should be much more durable then the a 1/10 servo. What do you guys think? If I can fit 1/4 servos should I go with them or just stick to 1/10th stuff?

If the truck is not over say 15 pounds then one standard high torque servo should work just fine.

Something with over 400oz of torque will turn 7" tires no problem.
