Personally I wouldn't suggest using a 3S with any brushed motor and an SV2.

I had three die on me with a 2s and mild 35-55 turn motors over the course of six months.

But I have one powering a 3800kv 4 pole brushless that still works after almost a year, and it runs much cooler than the others running much less powerful brushed motors.

I dont know why people are having so many problems with them because I have 2 and they work flawlessly in both my rigs.

They are great for the money, I wouldnt compare them to a BR-XL or MMP but I just picked up 2 more for $35 a piece from ebay brand new.

The brushed motor limit of the SV2 is listed at 19t (same as the original sidewinder).
I've personally run a 19t on 3s, motor was stupid hot esc was about 65°c on the heat sink.

I'm also not sure why so many people have had a bad run with SV2s, I've bought 6+ since they came out and only one has recently given up the ghost in mysterious circumstances.

Also a lot of the short course guys put a fan on top of the heatsink so that is an option if the esc is getting too warm.

I really hope you were not thinking of a 19T double on a crawler!! Most think a 35T is about as low as you go!;-)

I bought 2 SV2's.... Wired them up. Hooked da 2S to do the programing on the feild card. And now one of them wont power up at all. I haven't even put this junk on a motor yet.... i can see I need to go another rout. The CC ESC's are not very good. From what I have seen.
