Hitec warranty is five stars
 

Attachment 195720If you are considering a servo you can't go past hitec, look at what my bully did to my 7950, I sent it back expecting to be out of pocket ,found it in mail box all fixed under warranty, how happy am I ,it's great to see a company stand behind there product. Certainly will keep my business.

Agreed!!!

Sent a hitec in and a futaba in for repair the same day. Got the hitec back all ready still waiting for the futaba:cry: repair parts on back order.....

I will say Futaba is a bit better keeping you informed with online repair status. Not a biggie though as Hitec doesn't mess around they get it done and back in the mail before you remember you sent one out.

Sent my 7950 in twice & they fixed it twice...no questions asked

lol this is funny because i had one i got one run out of and broke the case were the pin for the gear rides and
was pretty much told were i could put it

I have several Hitec servos and had to get some warranteed due to my abuse or other reasons and have always had them repaired and sent back. Out of 4 times I have paid once but that was an older servo so kinda expected it.
Great customer service and I am very lucky to have a local rep who comes to my lhs so repair time is usally less then a week!!!

The reciept I sent with it had this date on it. November 8, 2010

I thought for sure i was going to have to pay but nope came back with a new motor no charge!:ror:

Hitec has real good service.

JR sends me new servos, not repaired ones and 3 year warranty.
