Default need help with new motor and more

I have an SCX-10 with 1.9 claws, a stock 55t motor in need of replacing and 87/20 gearing, I am currently running 7.2 5100mah nimh packs and have some 3S LiFe packs on the way so i want to get a new 45t motor and need help with the right gearing to keep the new motor cool when i get the LiFe packs. Any thoughts??

There are quite a few threads on this, try searching. But in my opinion, Im running a brood 35t, spur is 87 and pinion is now 13. No issues with over heating the motor.
