Default HS-900SGS and HS-1000SGT Ultra Heavy Duty Servos

HS-900SGS and HS-1000SGT Ultra, Heavy Duty, Giant Scale, Digital Servos | rcdriver.com

They look pretty beast! Not much info on them, but found one place that said the 1000SGT has 1222oz @.14 so that should turn the wheels fine if these are regular sized servos. They run off 3s lipo power (11.1-14.8v) so you could wire the lipo to run the servo directly and eliminate the BEC completely!

MSRP $424

I would assume these are going to be much larger than standard servos.

Yeah those are Giant scale - they are a few times larger than a standard servo.

Over $400 ea "street price". Didn't see them on ServoCity although there are a few "new servos coming" from HiTec.

The mounting ears are different than other Hitec product. I wouldn't be surprised if the top was cast aluminum. There are some fairly common plastic composites that could handle the torque, however.
