| Brushless hobbies 13.5? sensored?
Im looking at a brushless hobbies 13.5 motor for my sons wraith/buggy.. Anyone have any comments? I may just go with a tekin pro 4 for his also just figured I ask?

They're good motors, but they aren't a Pro4 by any stretch of the imagination.

I am sure they r not tekin quality but would a 13 year old destroy one of these or should I just buy him a roc or pro 4?

I was thinking more along the lines of performance and power output...lol. If you think he's going to drive the ever lovin' crap out of it, get it bound up, etc etc etc, get the Pro4. The BHR unit is good, but its made for racing, not powering out of weird places. I had the 17.5 in my Honcho for a while and loved it. Then I tried doing comp rig type stuff with it and fried a winding. |
