2 motors 1 esc?

So I know Novak has an esc that can power two motors but can a tekin for do the same? Or any other esc that can do it? I will be using a cc bec to power the servos directly to take the load off the esc

Any esc can, as long as you don't go over the motor turn limit of the esc.

Thanks for the info

Re: 2 motors 1 esc?

What Novak?? I would NOT recommend the M2 dig. Sounds good on paper, not so good in application (from what I tried/observed).

As to "turn limits", if it states "35T minimum", then you are likely stuck with 2 ~70T motors to stay close to what the ESC can handle on a single ESC.
Are you running a MOA or 2 motors on a single motor plate on a trans?

For a MOA, a servo dig & single ESC is "workable", dual ESC's and a radio that can do mixing is best. I have used both.

Ya I'm not too fond of Novak. Its for a moa and I do have a hacked gt3b that ice used for a xr10 before with dig and 4ws but I'm trying to keep cost down. I've used fxrs and I really like em so I just wanted to get one but I know two would be the best way to go

Two is best of course but u can always use 1 to begin with, then when the funds are avail, u can always pick up another one. They are usually avail in the classifieds sections here pretty often $50-80 usually for a good used one! And
X2 on the Novak.. Just stay away from the m2 and save the headaches and stress!
