That's it. He is a busy, busy man. Just be patient and he'll get back to you. He may even see this thread, who knows.

you could always start a thread like this: Att. Mr JohnRobHolmes
But I'd advise against it.

Send him another email... maybe it got over looked the first time.

BTW, what's wrong with the BR-XL?

If it's intermittent like that, it's more likely a cold solder joint somewhere. If it was completely dead, that's another issue.

I have always had issues with him getting back in touch with me also. The last time I tried getting something from him I sent him a couple of e-mails a week for a month and never got a response. It has been over a year now and still have not heard back. I decided that I will just run his br-xl esc and run other motors since he couldn't respond to my questions. Not sure what I would do if I had a problem with one of my br-xl and couldn't get him, probably just send it to him tracked and insured with a note of what is going on.

This is acceptable to do when you need to send stuff in.

We are currently seeing more email volume than we can handle reliably, weekends tend to back us up into wednesday or thursday. We will be working late the next few days and knocking out the last few hundred stragglers.

I would try again.

If no response, PM me, I can get ahold of JRH.

I will say, I find it odd HH has not gotten back to you, but "crap happens" at times.

I have a worker who is in charge of emails now, so I'll be talking to him tomorrow about what it will take to keep up better.
