Default Has anyone successfully used JR XS3 rear steer?

I know the rear steer topic has been covered time and time again. I've searched without finding what I'm looking for.

Have any of you guys used the 3rd channel on an XS3 for rear steer?

I just got my truck together and have the rear steer set up using the linear feature, but its really slow and cumbersome to use. Is there a better way?

Thanks.

Dan.

I believe this is one of the downfalls of the xs3. I myself went back to my xr3. A Y harness could be use with the front servo but wouldn't give independent control. If you have the manual, look at channel mixxing. Same results, no indep. control.

Yeah, I figured out the mixing part, and if left at center, the "A" trim button can be used for independant rear steer. Its just really slow that way. The mixing feature is cool though. I like being able to have the rear mirror the front, but only by about 30%.
