Default Ecopower servos?

What are your guys thoughts on the eco power 120t servo from amainhobbies. $69 for coreless high voltage with 337 oz and .11 sec transit speed at 6.0v or 400oz and .09 sec transit speed at 7.4v

Previously discussed here, and just as quickly dismissed - plastic middle gear:

What the newest cheap servo hotness?

You can do better for your money, IMHO.

For $30 more, check this beauty out - used by many forum members:

ProModeler - 470oz-in, Std, BLS #DS470BLHV



From a company right here in the USA, they supply servos for military drone use, as well as being huge in the large-scale RC aircraft world...

They need to offer it in black. Raw aluminum is too gaudy for axle mounted servos.

I think John said they will eventually start anodizing these, but he's too busy now to get that going (he sells these servos to the government for their drones). Besides, it's really not that noticeable.

Hey that was your nails! I just huff it.

Paint scratches off way too easily. Probably also voids his warranty.
