Can someone please tell me if there is a structural difference between the V2 and theprevious models.. My skids fit The older versions just not sure about the V2 and if thereis a difference what would that be. I am asking to know if my skids will fit the V2 Thanks Guys Dave |

The axle housing tubes outer diameter size is the same but the gear box assembly is about 4 mill. wider and the axle width is shorter over all. Hope this helps |

well if the gear box is 4mm wider its a pretty safe bet that the old skids wont fit, unless altered

I didnt make the molds a snug fit thereis some play to allow for the various shrinks that occur in the molding process...

The gearbox, as stated above, is wider than the previous models. So if you skids are a tight fit already, I would say they won't fit. Will you be offering you skids in black? Kieren |

| yea i have a set of your skids. they work great. but mine are pretty tight on the sides of my gear box which is why i said the skids prolly wont be a direct fit on the v2s if the v2s gearbox is wider.
