Yes, I have a problem. Once I saw BTF post a picture of this chassis on facebook I knew I had to have one. He said that this was designed by a customer and he did some fine tuning so I have to say it looks great. I also got a set of his wheel faces and drilled at tapped my wheel workx wheels to use the cf faces. Here's what I have so far. The main reason I wanted this chassis is that I made new plates for my delrin ss to allow me to lower the upper links. This work better with a lighter truck and also gives me great suck down in a dig. This chassis incorporates the needed geometry for a lighter rig. Very cool! Vertec was the customer with the original concept. If I wasn't trying the Sniper, I'd be trying this.

| Re: T1e Carbon Fiber custom SS berg Thanks! I was hoping someone posted up who did the concept! He did a great job working with the ss proven design and added some style and more function while he was at it.

Thanks Guys, I can't take any design credit. I did get in running and took it for a spin on my test course. All I can say is wow. I've had a ton of high end chassis, and this thing flat out surprised me. I was able to pull several lines that before we very hairy, the (need a name for this chassis) didn't even lift a tire. Very stable. It doesn't suck down in the rear as much as my custom plates on the delrin ss only because the rear shock mounts are lower on this chassis verses a ss and my lowers hit the shock braces. But the front will suck itself down to until the shocks limit. I will report back when I get some more wheel time but for now I am very pleased. |

This is what the ss should be, a taller cab with the chassie plates up higher for more ground clearance. Looks great! |

Really nice Kevin (as usual) how do we go about getting one of these or is it one of those things only the cool kids can have?

Been working on the body pannels today. The sides may be cutting it close to the 3.5 sq inch rule but by my measurements they should be ok. | |

Lol, I was gonna take that one home right after it came off the machine, good to see it got into some very capable hands, can't speak for Nick but pretty dang sure they are available, looks like an assassin ss!
