That compete set with Man gears is a heck of a deal. Speaking of I noticed the RCbros lockers are MIA. Anyone know if they are simply out or are they gone?

Thanks! So im a newby when it comes to moa. Im starting my first moa build and just wondering the big differences in the berg axles over bully. Might be a stupid question I know! Is it strength, cleareace, turning, durability?

I don't know much about the bully's but I think it comes down to the fact that the bergs have potentially better turning radius. I also think the bergs are lighter from what I hear, or at least have the potential to be lighter.

The Bully axles can be a pain in the ass for link clearance as the gear case is bulkier and the standard steering angle isn't great. BUT you can do a lot to them like you can with Berg's - RC4WD XVD v6 axles, shave the knuckles, shave the gear case etc and you can bring down weight, improve link clearance, gain more steering able and so on. As a standard axle the Bully is pretty much bullet proof, but there is limited vendor support - Chaotic Crawlers did delrin rear tubes for a while but have just confirmed they aren't planning on doing any more. I started out with Bullys and did the XVDs, delrin rear tubes etc but ended up switching to Bergs. The Bullys have sat there gathering dust and i put them up for sale on a UK crawling site. both axles have fans and have positives and negatives. Personal pref and vendor support is what lead me to run the Bergs. |

Hobby Town Concord had me set in just a few days. I didn't know they had a deal with the Mann gears, bummer I would of rather done that than just the axles alone.
