Default Berg Built By BarryBelvedere?

Last summer I built a 2.2 pro Rig for a buddy named Ed G. I did take some pics while building it but did not have the time for an actual build thread.
It is more of an eye candy thread than anything. Some pics are randomly thrown in out of order. I tried the best I could with the time I am allowing for this.

This rig was not built to break any weight records but still ended up being a very light rig. Can't remember what I got it to weigh but it was alot lighter than my XR-10.

Parts list.......

Barry's R/C Carbon AMX Chassis
ClassiCutCustom axle housings
Rc4wd gears
Dlux axleshafts
Vanquish knuckles
Krazed Builds Snowflake wheels, elec tray
Rcbro's knucle weights
Voodoo's Silver
C.I Foams
Hitec 7050th
X2 Castle micro mamba
Castle BEC
Started with scx10 shocks switched to big bores at last minute.
Barry's R/C Carbon Titanium links & Motor guards
Holmes Hobbies Custom puller pro 500 motors

Acquiring the parts needed to build a Berg is a job in its self! Not sure why the XR-10 parts are in the one pic...

Starting to test fit all the Axle parts...Since it has Dlux axleshafts inside CCC axle housings I had to use the lathe to bore out the axle tubes.

I would have liked to install inserts on the rear Delrin hubs. I just threaded them out. Plus a bit extra.

Now for the AMX Chassis and Links. Aluminum screws can be tightened only so many times before the hex drive is compromised so I built it with silver hardware first then replaced them once it was assembled.

Best small crawler packs available highest C rating also. Zoom in on batteries to see. Valuehobby.com like 8 bucks each. Every other time i was looking at them on their site they were out of stock. But check every couple of days and more will pop up. Beest found these.

The jig works great. I normally just use a tape measure seems to be quicker. Once the wheelbase is real close to 12.5" then I put the jig on to ensure it is not somehow getting too long thru the suspension cycle. It is also easier to tell how much/little the wheelbase grows than using a tape measure. The berg in this build was a customers rig. He lives in New York, Maybe we will see it in your neck of the woods.
