|  Tampa Skyway Crawling
I'm a newbie to the crawling scene in Tampa. I was at the Skyway rest area last weekend but not sure if I was in the best crawling spot. If anybody can let me know where the best crawling spots are I would appreciate it.

Yep thats my favorite spot to go to next to going to Causeway (but i got there since its a lot closer then going to Skyway) Im try to go to Skyway either every weekend....or every other weekend. I like going there a lot...nice scenery and cool people to talk to some times when they get a little curious about what your doing.  |

I was at my LHS (Phil's hobbies in Pinellas Park) today and a guy Kirk called up a guy named Chad that goes, I'm supposed to get a hold of him on here I guess, If people meet up there I'd like to go as well, I'm a new guy to crawling, but I'm looking for some people to crawl with. I'm also running fast cars this coming Friday at the Lowes. Hope to meet up with some of the crawling crew.

I've heard some good things about that spot... It's about a 2 hour drive for me according to google maps, but I wouldn't mind makin the drive to meet up w/ some fellow crawlers some time. Also don't forget about the big event coming up in Nov, hope to see some of y'all there. |

Me and my brother were considering going there this weekend instead of Sanford. It would be a nice change of scenery from under the bridge and a nice sea breeze. Lmk if anyone is going for sure.

There is a possibility I wont make it this Saturday, depends on when our boat trip is. As my name states, I'm a big fisherman too, we are heading 30 miles out into the Gulf on our 22ft angler vfx in search of grouper and amberjack should the weather be fair enough. Well...my rigs are not that great and my driving skills suck still, but ill be willing to go out there to Skyway if i can fix my car early enough. I got to replace some parts for my windshield wiper assembly on my Trans am. If i get that fixed and my rigs charged up, i might go!  |

My sister's bday is this weekend, so I may not even be making it to sanford this weekend. Anyone wanna plan on maybe next weekend (21st or 22nd) at the skyway?

I can make it next weekend too, we can establish a time I'm free all day excepd early mornings, I work sometimes till 4am sometimes on Firday nights into saturdays so early morning (before 11, lol!) is a littl tough for me but after that I'm open any time. .

We are going to go out to the skyway tommorrow anyway so if any one can make it cool, if not no worries. Next weekend just let us know what day and we will come out too!

If I go to skyway tomorrow it will have to be late. I wont be off the waterh till 5-6 wong get done cleaning the boat and fish till 7ish. is the area lit?

I dont know if lit ive never been there but we were planning on going in the morning to get setup around 9:30 -10 am.
