fully waterproof it and some 'haul-ass go fast' electrics.
thats really all you need to do... haul-ass go-fast isnt needed but wouldnt hurt

Water proof your ESC with liquid electrical tap try and get all the board and not the heat sinks you want them to breath still at least to coats if you are running a brushed motor no worry's the are water friendly if it is brusless then you need to seal it to around the case and so no water will get in...

you will also have to do your receiver well...

Now if you don't want to do all of that then just put them in a balloon for the day of the event and seal the end of it...

There are some video's on youtube...this should help you out
