Pondering my New Years build. Many options...

What sort of terrain is the Spring Hill setup going to be? More scale oriented?

Sweet. Is there some "class" specs that would serve as a useful guideline ne for a build?

Just keep it 1.55/1.9 class 1 2 or 3 is fine. Just stay away from wraith sized craziness and remember TTC rigs are for TTC comps not scale terrain.

Sounds good !
I'm anxious for my Ruby to show up, then I'll have a scaler I'm willing to beat on

I'm rebuilding the Ridgecrest with 4WS & dual JR DS8711's, Castle Pro w/Tekin SCX4 and BEC Pro, hope to have it done befor Sunday in case we hit the rocks again. I think sooner or later I'm gonna make my own alum plate TVP's.

Use laminated balsa for you TVP chassis! I got to drive a rig with a balsa chassis @ rcx a few years ago and it was butter..

Thats a interesting idea but to have such a feather weight chassis and eveything else is stupidly over built ?
I would like to use diamond plate, it'll be Ghetto Redneck then !

Do you have any clear crawler bodies that'll fit this chassis Dustin ??
Was thinking a Losi MRC type ?
