Everyone get ready for the KING OF FLORIDA TTC! As always with this event • Winches are HIGHLY recommended!!!!! Expect to use a winch. • Water proofing is HIGHLY recommended!!!!! Expect your rig to get wet. Just like last year, there will be 6 events: Rock Course Frame Twister Tank Trap / Waterfall Hill Climb Sled Pull Mud Bog WHEN: December 14, 2014 WHERE: NewRed Hobbies in Ocala, FL TIME: Gate open @ 8 / Registration @ 830 / TTC start @10 We will be basing this run off of the SORRCA class 3 rules, You can run class 1 or 2 if you want to but know that the course will be based off of class 3. Class 2 will be able to complete the course but Class 1 will have a very difficult time and is not recommended for this event at all (but you can if you are daring) SORRCA.com for more info we will NOT be counting scale points they are not required to run... It will be all driver and rig, no bonuses BUT we are still holding the SORRCA class 3 guidelines so your rig MUST still resemble a full size 1:1 Last edited by yoda@4x4; 10-28-2014 at 09:30 AM. |

I have a question on this event. Can an entrant use specifically built rigs for each stage, or one rig for all stages??????????????????? Thanks. |

As you see by the title change (thanks Harley) we have picked a up title sponsor for our TTC.. And what a sponsor it is!! Would like to thank RC4WD for coming on board with us this year. I met and spoke with Tom in PA during the ECSC and man, that guy is awesome and really knows what is going on in the scale world. Please join me in welcoming and thanking them for coming on as our TTC TITLE SPONSOR |

As well as RC ADDICTS, I spoke with Ryan Cornmesser in PA at the ECSC and what a stellar guy! Along with his whole family and everyone that surrounded him, just absolutely awesome people! We're also going to be helping Ryan out in the process of doing our events, He along with a few other people do something that is called Crawlers 4 Kids. In which donated parts are put together into rigs and then given to less fortunate kids, which in my opinion is one of the greatest things to do for anyone. So with that being said i will have a donations box setup at the TTC as well as the Pre 6 for any and everything that you want to donate. Anything that you want/can donate will and would be greatly appreciated, especially if you're not using it or don't plan on using it and want to help someone out.. all you gotta do is drop it in the box and i will send it all to Ryan. All I ask is no broken pieces or parts. Thanks! | |

Just want to let everyone know that I've been contemplating a couple things about this event and have come to a decision about scale points.. I want everyone to have an equal and fair chance at winning as the next guy, with that being said this event is going to be run WITH OUT counting scale points. So you don't have to worry about cramming things on your rig to try and max it out. It will be all driver and rig, no bonuses BUT we are still holding the SORRCA class 3 guidelines so your rig MUST still resemble a full size 1:1 |
