| GMade Komodo GS02 Double Cab
I decided that this is the crawler/trail truck that I want next. Currently own ones from Losi, Axial, and Traxxas. Built a GMade GOM for a friend and was impressed at a lot with the kit so decided that the GMade Komodo Double Cab will be next. I like trying new brands since they all have something a little different from one another to offer up. So if anyone has personally run one of these or other similar design GMade rigs I'd love your opinions on them. Thank you.

Well, the Komodo Double Cab Gs02 is on the way. My wife won't let me mess with it though until "Santa brings it to me." Lol. In the mean time been looking at many videos and ratings on this truck and the Gmade BOM, which share the same GS02 chassis. Only issue appeared to be the gears slipping due to the way they're sandwiched between the bottom skid and transmission housing. Appears Gmade made a running change. Looking at the manual online both this truck and the BOM have the newer transmission housing/skid pictured in the manual. Will be running it with a Hobbywing 1080 esc, Holmes Crawlmaster sport motor, and an old but pristine Hitec HS5955TG servo on 3s. Looking forward to building and driving this new addition.

Just started my build a few days ago. So far so good. It is a different type of build when compared to other kits I have built. Not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but do enjoy the hobby. Hoping for a maiden voyage by end of the year. Will see if I can meet my goal. Back to wrenching.

It's a good rig. Enjoy it. Initial run with the original transmission housing kind of killed any momentum it should've gained. With the new transmission housing, it's great. It crawls pretty well even with the cantilever suspension on the BOM.

| Re: GMade Komodo GS02 Double Cab I was literally ready to flip a coin to choose between the Komodo Double Cab and the Gen8 AXE. The deciding factor for me was kit vs rtr. I love building kits, maybe even more than running them. Will still pick up the Redcat later though I'm sure.
