Re: Soze's GMADE Sawback Sport I finally had a chance to run the GMADE Sawback Sport out on the trail. It did pretty well! I'm really enjoying this leaf spring rig, and I feel like it was a good start to my journey into the scale side of this hobby. Re: Soze's GMADE Sawback Sport Am I trippin' or are you knuckles mounted upside down/on the wrong sides? I thought they were intended to be used as high steer knuckles to get the tie rod up out of harms way (just below the spring, with the draglink mounted just above the spring.) Any idea how much steering angle those CV axles allow for? The kit's dogbones make for the turning radius of a bus! |

Re: Soze's GMADE Sawback Sport Man, I still need to do that chassis servo mod. Anyway... I don't quite remember, but did anyone ever figure out how to quiet this transmission down? It's not the spur/gear mesh, as that is perfectly fine, but I don't remember if this transmission is supposed to be as loud as it is or if I'm just so used to a quiet transmission like the GMADE BOM and the Element StealthX |
