Default Black Springs...

I just built my 2.2 TLT... and am using Maxx shocks

I like the Maxx Shocks, they're the perfect length for my rig... but I don't like the fact that the springs are RED... I want black springs... bad...

Is there a set of springs from a different set of shocks that I could order? and that would work on the Maxx shocks... I don't care about spring rate or anything, I just want em black!

I searched and looked on Tower, but I'm not sure dimension wise what I need...

any help will be greatly appreciated...

Thanks
-Greg

I thought about painting em... but I don't know that I could get em all even and perty... I might just try it, if I don't like it I can always order new springs...

E Hills: got a,link, or part number, or a little better description?

Springs for a Stampede will work, look on Tower or something.

Paint them with the same paint that you'd use to paint the body. It'll flex with the spring and shouldn't chip off.

Or, I use HPI MT springs on one of my rigs. They are softer than the stock Maxx shocks, and come in black.

Pretty strange request, but here you go. Direct replacement for the red springs, these are stiffer though.

once again Grizzly comes through...

That's exactly what I was lookin for...

I don't mind the fact that they're stiffer, I kinda wanted stiffer springs anyways...

thanks for all the help y'all
