Im looking around and not finding any soft springs for the traxxas ultra long shocks (3.5" shock). The problem is that they are a larger diameter than standard shocks, so I cant just cut down the springs I have. So far all I have found are the progressive rate springs.

I just built a berg on a zero 3.5. Having the same problem. Right now I am running Losi 4" soft springs on 3.5 ultrashocks.. They seem to have too much preload.
