Does anyone have the length of the Stampede driveshafts fully extended?

I keep breaking the driveshafts in my Axial, so I think it may be time to step up to a set of Stampede shafts. The only problem is they MAY not be long enough. Does nayone have a measurement of the shaft fully extended? BTW, tha part number for the shafts is Traxxas 1953 or 1951

Thanks a lot
Dima

The ears of my ax-10 driveshaft snapped. I had an old stampede and was going to use it's driveshafts. Just a tad short to be useful on axial. it measures 2 and 1/8" each female and male shafts. Total length would be 4 1/4", that is without inserting both of them together. So, It didn't work. Best off chopping off the ears off the male part and inserting 2 females shaft on each end.. it would be stronger and can be cut to any length you want. It's a quick fix and cheap. It works well for me.
