Is there a dig system that lets you lock out and freewheel the front and rear axles independently

for a shaft truck there is the r2 double dig tranny, allowing front and rear dig units. iirc you need a 4 channel radio to use it. for motor on axle rigs you can do a front or rear dig just by using 2 speed controllers and a stick radio.

so is that a rc4wd set up cause i have heard mixed opinions on using those guys
