Default What are the different classes

I see folks refer to a class 1 rig, class 2 rig, class 3 rig...what designates what class a particular rig would fall in?

Thanks

Not sure I've heard those terms before but basically there are 1.9 class, 2.2, 2.2 PRO, 2.2 Sportsman (mainly shafty rigs with NO dig) and Supers.
They are basically setup that way due to the size of the Wheels.
Check out the rules and regulations forums further down and it'll explain the rules for each class.

I'd like to see a 2.2 unlimited class where anything goes (like rear steer) but who knows what the future will bring.
