| nylint wants the defective chassis back???
when did this start? i've modified mine, the defect isn't due to the modification and i don't want to do the work all over again!!! quote from email i received today: Quote:

At least they actualy got back with you. I sent them an e-mail about two weeks ago, never got a reply. It's a good thing I knew it was a POS before I bought it, and wasn't expecting much |

yep, customer service is a joke. thats why my Nylint is sitting in my closet and I have been playing with my new EMAXX all week.

hmmm they need proof that your chassis is defectivecause i bet they are getting tired of getting screwed and loosing money cause of people saying they are broke when they arnt really broke... its only fair.. |

My wife runs a UPS store... I ship stuff all the time... if they want the old chassis back, Take off the Tires, Body, Battery and just ship the "chassis" by itself. Shipping should only cost you @ 10 bucks. Ive spent more then that on lunch!!! I fully agree that if your axle snapped and you simply did a tummy tuck, it should be covered but "any mods" cancelws the warranty, so heres my advice.. if you buy one... drive it (the chassis) stock till the warranty runs out, then mod it how ever you want.... But until the warranty runs out, dont complain about having to send it in becasue you modded it and it broke and you dont think they will cover it if you send it in.

UPDATE!!! after being told that i was not going to receive a new chassis w/o sending the old one back, i come home from work and sitting on the kitchen table is a big box from Funrise.... upgraded chassis for me!!! with no defective chassis return required! |
