jordan, I never needed to figure out the hydraulics. I had'm figured out before I bought'm. Dave...Working on the truck is the lesser of two evils. My wife asked me to cut the turkey earlier...I went to the garage, came back with the sawzall. For some odd reason she didn't find it as funny as I did. :? The plate is styrene sheeting from Plastruct. Oh, here's part of the self-centering set-up on the rear of the truck...it's a 50K ohm pot that's JB'd to the upper link mount. |

| Re: Hydraulic Scorpion is coming together Aw, come on! What do you mean "coming together"? It's nothing but a frame now, I've seen it way more together than that! The side panels look great, BTW |

My secret to an awesome roast: Take a big hunk of cow, doesn't matter what piece. Get an injector, and stuff in whatever marinade you want. Cover in a good rub (I usually do paprika, seasoned salt and garlic powder) Toss it in a cast iron pan, and light up the MAPP gas torch, sear it all around, and it will hold all those juices in PERFECTLY Cook at around 400* until done to your pref. Works awesome | |

NoMercy....I had to wait on parts. Notice how it's here and I'm making progress. although I just came back from the hobby shop to find that someone went out into the garage and knocked my drill off the workbench, which broke my last 3/32" bit off at the chuck. I guess I'll work on Bastard Jr. tonight instead. The D-rings came from http://schumo-kits.com/ They are for the 1:16 scale Tamiya King Tiger tank. They also have a set that's slightly different that are for the Tamiya Tiger tank. |

Yup, just go to www.projecttwin.com and look for "RC Garage". If you let the mouse hover over the "RC Garage" button a drop-down menu will come up. Then click on the first Scorpion link. |

Spent a few minutes on it tonight. Couldn't think of a better decal to use. I'm out of Krylon. :( Last edited by JasonInAugusta; 06-03-2006 at 08:00 AM. |

What are you building that out of? How did you get those tow points so exact? It looks like you are welding all those little panel mounts in, but perhaps brazing? Curious..... I love it by the way. Looks incredible. josh |
