Looking for the person that made a custom tire cutter? he machined it and you could cut out perfect circles with it by way or either a hammer or press, he used it to cut out a 2.2 section from a 1.9 so that he could run a bigger tire, anyone know who I'm talking about?

Does anyone know who I'm talking about? it was like a bigger size cookie cutter and you could cut out perfect circle out of a tire to use the side wall for making another tire

yeah, search in the tire section for "2.2 proline tsl with 1.9 bead" should come back with something, was a pretty slick system.
