| Blank servo horns
Does anyone make blank steel or aluminum horns to fit 645mg? Something I can make my own shape and holes in, but has the correct sized splines to fit the servo? Thanks! |

Not that I'm aware of, but you could lay a sheet of thin steel on an arm and drill through that to make holes where you want. You would need to attach the steel either epoxy or small screws.

how large of a surface are you looking for? I have used some of these: duratrax round horn for a robotics project where i attached a wheel to the horn by drilling my own bolt pattern into them.

Before you do anything, check these guys out: swbmfg.com they make every imaginable servo horn configuration. All their products are CNC machined aluminum and are double locking....and they should be charging twice what they do because their quality is unmatched imo. Also, if you ask them for a blank, I'm sure they'll get one out to you. |
