| Stampede 4x4 as a Rock Racer?
Has anybody tried it yet? Lets see; Spools front and rear Different springs? Maybe longer shocks Wheels and Tires Thanks |

To start with the obvious rock racer, I like the Wraith and can see it's place in the market. Axial describes it as a blank canvas to build upon (yes, it actually does say that on the Wraith's main page). I can see that the setup would need to be different whether setting it up more towards crawling vs. more towards speed. If I were to set it up for speed, I would say that the Stampede 4x4 would fit the bill seeing how it is already brushless, waterproof, and has independent suspension. It is also pretty stable and has great ground clearance. I don't know about a rock racer, but this makes for a great trail runner. It does a fantastic job out in the woods. how did you get your wheels to clear the knuckles? maybe its just me, but my stock wraith wheels didnt fit, didnt bother trying the titus's. thought maybe it was because im running traxxas's aluminum knuckles and spindles tho
