So your first post is to come in and say people are doing something wrong? Why on earth would you care how "other" people mount their tires??? For some people running directional tires one way or another works better for them. it is not uncommon in rc or in 1:1 vehicles. |

actually I do know guys who run their 1:1 boggers reversed. They flip them for running on rocks and switch them back for mud.

The little scoops wear off pretty quickly any way, but a lot of 1:1 rockcrawlers run them backwards. Personally I wouldn't trade a set of tsl's fot two sets of boggers unless your running strictly mud.

We usually limited Boggers to rear axle duty only....because of their lack of "SideHill" ability.. I've seen some guys run them backwards....and hey...to each...their own. I'm never "Bothered" by how someone else sets up their rigs...unless I'm having to hook to them all day and pull them along ! LOL Oh...and not a very good first post...really....doesn't look to good to be complaining about a common occurence in real world 4x4's and RC 4x4's...with your very first ever post ! I always try to go by the creedo...READ MORE...SPEAK LESS...when it comes to my "FIRST'S" !!! ArOn Last edited by BiG_DaWgZ; 12-24-2011 at 03:35 AM. |

Yep he's not gonna be a welcomed member with that kind of bs right off the bat.. Seems to be trying to build post count ... To each there own but really if someone wants to run there tires backwards who cares maybe they like it.. Or maybe they don't know any better.. I've done it by mistake and didn't notice it until the Gtg pics was posted and I had one side one way and the other backwards.. That's what happens when your rushed getting ready to hit the rocks.. | Re: pet peeve Back in my dunerunning days I ran my paddles backwards occasionally...depends on how soft the sand was and how big of roost you wanted to throw.
