Default My 4-linked nylint

Well, after being inspired by some of the awesome rigs being built here, I figured I'd give it a try

I used traxxas turnbuckle links and all stock electronics for now. I can't believe how much better it works then a stocker.

Now I need to add another planetary box to each axle, find a body, and save up for some 2.2's.

Looks pretty sweet, what is the chassis made of?

The chassis is just made from some scrap left over from building a 1:1 crawler, so I'm not sure on the thickness. Its pretty thin though. I'll get some better shots of everything, and some action photos when I get a chance. Right now, I'm working on adding the extra low gear.

whats the wheelbase on that, it looks like what i'm going for. I'm in the process of putting real electronics, 2.2's and the 4 link.

the wheelbase ended up at about 10.5". It works pretty well with stock tires, but it definatley hangs up a little. I'm thinking with 2.2's, it should be a lot better.

Here's a few better shots of the link setup and mounts too.

I've still got to figure out the extra planetary gear mod, and mount some 2.2's, but I'm very pleased with its capability.
