Default Is it possible to visually identify AX hardend diff gears?

Curious if the heavy duty gears visually look different than the stock ones?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the hardened set the pinion and shaft are one piece, there is no pin. The HD will also be lazer etched w/ the tooth count i.e 36/14, both pinion and spur are marked.

And also the stock gears are straight cut and the hardened are helical cut. But i think you got all the information you need from the other 2 posts

Stock: made of solidified poop.
Hardened: Made of some sort of fancy material with a nice finish.
