|  tires for rc4wd scale challenge
In aug. im running class 1 in the rc4wd scale challenge for the 1st time. I have a guestion about tire size ,the rules say 4.18 is the tire size i have to have use. I want to run the 1.9 pitbull rock beast but per specs. They are to big. I guess what i want to know is what other tire should i run and they have to be marked on the tire in order to use them yes? The class 1 max tire size is 4.19" if you wanted to stay pitbull then the 1.55 growler is what you want! That said there are a lot of good tires out there, I know RC4wd has some good C1 tires too.

4.19 Baja claws are a great tire as well. They work well for me in any condition

i got 2nd last year at the ecsc with the rc4wd mtz 4.19. really good tire.

If these were 4.19 instead of 4.21 they would get my vote also (Doh RC4wd). Only because they look cool to me, and I enjoy the 2.2 versions. THe 1.9's were always too small for my liking. Mud Slinger 2 XL 1.9" Scale Tires |

claws, mtz's and growlers work well in our terrain (western PA). I'll be running growlers.
