| my first RC Crawler....LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK
here is my first rc tube crawler. i constructed it out of 3/16 steel brake line. chassis was welded together with a mig welder. i was going to sand blas the chassis before paint but this was just a tester chassis to see if my skill was up to perfection. im still useing stock shocks. i dont know why but i just havent bought better ones yet. i used 1/4 diamond plate plastic sheet. i contructed clear dust covers from plexi glass. right about where the battery sit i mad a digital camera mount so i can record some of my crawls. well here is the link to my picks. let me know what you all think http://groups.msn.com/myrccrawler/sh...msnw?Page=Last |

Looks good, nice job! I suggest lowering it, and getting some better shocks, maybe even mounting the shocks more vertical, that'd give it a more scale look. That chassis looks good |

im glad that you think i should lower it alittle bit. my roomate said the same thing. but i dont think i would want to weld more on that chassis. it just looks good and i would hate to mess it up. although i could lower it when all the paint gets scracthed off bad enough were i would have to sand blast it to re finish it lol

Nice job, very clean rig, I like the paint job. Are you going to cut tires?
