Good. The market has room for a mid priced higher quality product.

Now if good ol steve@vp would have followed through a couple years ago and found a incision chassis plate to replace my busted one I'd be even happier.

Off to a great start I would say, looks like we will have to eat our hat a bit and lower prices to compete

A sub-$20 locker is a good start. Maybe we can get some cheaper wheels as well?

And ours don't have $18.99 on it, and I know what customers will see faster between the two

Fantastic machining on them. I just got another tool head that will allow us to have so many features now. The toughest part about being a new machine shop is seeing all the cool stuff the bigger guys can make with more tooling!

I was pretty happy with the spool release. I think $50-60 to a front and rear axle is a bit much. $40 to do front and rear sounds much more reasonable. Not to say I haven't paid those $50-60 prices.

Anyone else got theirs? I got 2 of them and can't get either of them to seat into a brand new Axial HD ring gear.
I'm new to this hobby so I don't have much experience.
Is the spool supposed to sit flush in the ring gear? It seats perfectly in the stock ring gear, but not in the new HD ring gear.

I have written Vanquish, just haven't heard back yet.

If you guys have any suggestions, they would be appreciated.

We have found that some have been too tight on an HD gear. We are reducing that tolerance to make it a looser fit to make sure that it's not an issue with any of the new gear sets.

If you have any issue with them at all please send us an email through the website and we'll get you what you need to get it taken care of ASAP.

Sorry for the issue, seems like we have some variance between some of the HD gears we have and some of the new ones we ordered up. We were going to keep that dimension tight but seems like it will cause much less grief to keep that a loose fit. Win some and lose some.

The hole placement on gears hasn't been the best either. Making aftermarket parts aint so easy when the OG part is always drifting around!

Both of my spools were from batch #25969. This information is listed on the packaging. You can check yours.

Vanquish has been in touch with me. They asked that I mail the lockers I purchased back to them, and then they will send replacements. I mailed them yesterday.

Stop being so good at making stuff

Good to know though - got to order some for the sporty.

Any plans for some trans output shafts from the Incision line by chance?
