Hey guys Been out of the rc game, particularly crawlers, for about 6 years. Recently been flying quadcopters. Saw some guys at the local park running scalers and I was instantly hooked again. I see a lot has changed with axial. Are the crawlers all dead? The ax10 looks to be discontinued, I used to run berg axles (regret selling them now lol) |

Not @ all. Axial just released the new scx10ii kit. Should browse through and find a crawler you like.

other brands such as rc4wd, gmade, tamaya, and vaterra all make crawler or scale kits. Most people who like a more capable rig than an scx10 build shafties (ax10 axles or ar60s) or pro rigs(xr10,berg,bully2) axial still sells all the parts needed to make an ax10. chassis and links are available from vendors on here. you can still still get berg axles from tcs sometimes. The other options are custom berg axles from dlux fab or classiccutcustoms. Checkout the for sale, ax10,xr10, berg,and bully sections on here. |
