any one ever use bentrucks

i stumbled accross a website bentrucks.com selling some jconcepts ruptures

i looked around at there other items and they were all pretty cheap about $10 off not a to good to be true price but still good


so i ordered a set then after i looked around at there other stuff mostly bodys and there prices were just about right so i figured i was fine

today i get a email with tracking but the number dosent come up on any of the tracking sites

i tryed the link and nothing

i looked up the shipping company and every review says the site is a scam tracking site for chinese scamers so im pretty sure i got scamed

i looked at some of there kit prices and theres no way a vaquish is gona sell.for 179 let alone the sale price of 79 so now im sure its a scam

im wondering if anyone else has seen this site



i atleast used paypal so i should be able to get my money back but damb it

A couple of years back I found a fake website like this - but it even had a photograph of their brick and mortar storefront - I looked up the name on the storefront (which was different than the website) and called them and told them someone was using their store name to help rip people off. After a few days the site was gone...

It's crazy - the prices for parts are mostly very realistic, just a decent discount - it's only when you look at complete vehicle prices that you realize they are 100% fake!

If you Google the physical address, it looks like they use it for a slew of fakes - TamiyaSales, ToolsChests.shop, ExProtools.shop, GloveGearshop are also scam sites from that address.

Did you use a credit card or Paypal? If you used a CC did you give them the three digit code from the back?

This is why I only order from well known companies or amazon/ebay might not be the cheapest but it's protected. I learned long ago to not bargain hunt for anything, learn the reputable sites and only pay using a method that I know I get my money back (which has never been needed since I shop only the well known places anymore)

Just file a dispute, shouldn't require much of a fight, last time I used it you can add screen shots and stuff that shows others they've scammed.
