Default Axial Early Bronco: $300

Another Horizon sale has the Broncos down to $300. I bought mine for $579 when they were newly released.

The Losi 22s SCT is now down to $140. It's a solid short course truck for that price!

What a bargain. If I didn’t just buy two other axial rtr’s in the last couple months I’d have one on the way

Darn I might have to buy another 4 more rigs.

The early body alone complete is about half of that price. And good for parts otherwise…

I've enjoyed mine, and don't have any complaints. But I really only ask trail truck duties from it, with light rock crawling. I usually drive mine in 2WD thanks to the SSD locking hubs.

There is a lot of aftermarket support for it and I have spent more time tinkering with mine than driving it. The projects are almost endless with it, as there's so many details on it that you can tweak.

If you're jonesing for a scale project or a trail truck it's more than worth $300. I'd pay $579 for mine again knowing what I know about it. But a rock crawler, it is not.

And it's gone. Lol

I figure they either didn't have that many, or it was really popular at $300.

Thanks for the input. I'm pleased that you like the truck and it sounds like it's about right for a trail truck. I'm a Bronco nut, so I was kicking it around for the collection, but no in any rush to pick one up. I did see they sold out, so that sorta answers that for me. Like many here, I'd rather it be a kit than an RTR. For some reason I keep adding crawlers to the fleet, more so than go-fast platforms. s.

I caved and picked one up. I kind of always wanted the Early Bronco body anyway.

BTW, the 10.2 RBK and the 10.3 Early Bronco are officially marked "discontinued" on the Axial website.

I was tempted by the RBK when the EB got wiped but its too old and the only thing I considered for was the axles ... glad I didnt pull the trigger on that one but not gonna miss the EB deal. Not even sure if i will open it? I have an MST with the EB tamiya and is a great little truck.
