| droop questions
Right now I'm running a 2.2 drooper with WK axles. Over all my droop setup seems to work well, but I noticed that when I come up to a verticle object (like a curb, or flat ledge) my suspension/shocks extend. Sometimes my rig ends up looking like a cat arching its back. I'm wondering if my geometry is a little off (too much anti-squat), or if I am going to have to run internal springs. I don't want to run internal springs because I think it will limit my travel too much. With the shocks I have, and no internal springs, I get about 45 degrees of articulation. With internal springs I think I would only get about 40 degrees of articulation. IU did search the bulletin board, but didn't find anythingthing helpfull. Any ideas/suggestions? |

i would run internal springs, and try to flaten your upper links. my front uppers are flat and my rear uppers are higher at the axle.

Try moving your rear upper links to the higher hole at the axle end. Oh, and read this: http://www.4wheeloffroad.com/techart...t_2/index.html and this: Anti Squat and Suspension Tech Or if you really like reading, try this http://www.worldcat.org/oclc/26850902 |
