Default My thought of making the Strongest large rig winch out there.....

Here's my plan and it should pull over 20+ pounds from a dead stop.

The mechanical parts:
E/Tmaxx diff "not locked" you'll see why later, and you have to lengthen the outputs
GD600
HPI gear reduction
Maxx or revo shaft
maxx bulkheads
pede knuckles
Basically you join the HPI reduction box to the gd600 and the gd600 to the t/emaxx diff via driveshaft. THis should give you ultra torque if you use a lathe motor. Mount the diff between the bulkheads mount the whole thing on your rig "big by the way"

The Electronics part:
2 dig switches
3ch radio
Run two switches almost like a dig set up with a servo to your third channel that servo will switch the power to either motor but only one at a time one being the drive motor the other the winch motor.

I have built most of it and just need to mount it to something on my rig "not finished" but I'll try to post pics later. this also lets you have central winch with a front and rear output, all you have to do is stick a rod through one of the outputs in the diff that way the rear wont unspool or vice versa

Kind of hard to explain but it'll work, also you wont be able to give your rig throttle while winching since power to your "drive" motor will be interupted but the winch will be strong enough to pull it through any obstacle

This winch will not fit any small rigs though
