Just got a New Bright JK body...

I recently won an ebay auction for a New Bright Jeep JK body.. (Its the Swamp Dawg body paint scheme)

anyone got any advice for drive line setup on it?? (trans setup and position, frame design(s) ) i'm looking for an affordable build... nothing insane...

I'm using axial SCX10 axles, and i'm leaning more towards a 1.9 build....

trying to keep this thing scaled in appearance.... no body clips.... full interior the typical thing

Excited to get this build going so any advice for the JK body specific build is appreciated

Search There must be a crap load of JK info out there. 1.9s would be my choice.

i've looked through many of the 1.9 and 2.2 builds and got many ideas of bumpers and such.. BUT i was curious if anyone has had to modify much of the body for specific chassis setups... like the SCX10 chassis or any others... or pics of some custom cut chassis plates would be cool

do a search in the for sale section - there was someone who had a couple of custom chassis for sale. You could use the pics in his for sale ad as inspiration.

the body has arrived.... already got it removed from that "rc car" and the stickers removed... i'll be posting a vid on removing the "mud" soon

what scale is this jeep how long and wide is it im thinking aboutt buying one right now and building one if i can find the dimensions

Heres a link to the one I built. This was before they came out with the SCX-10 chassis set-up. It was built using an X-trail Chassis. Hope the info helps.
